1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after receipt of your package, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same unopened condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Refundable Returns
We do not provide refunds for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accidents, abuse, or other abnormal use.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to prior to receiving return confirmation. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, send us an email to: return@raine.ch You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service.
Non-Delivery or Refusal of Package
If you intentionally refuse delivery or fail to pay required customs fees, RAINE reserves the right to retain 50% of the total purchase cost as a handling fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

1.2 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@raine.ch within the specified return period. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
1.3 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
2. Refunds
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2 Processing Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
2.3 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the specified period, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at info@raine.ch
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@raine.ch with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
